Smith Machines move vertically only. The Jones moves both vertically and horizontally, allowing for natural, unlimited, user-defined motion. Because the body╩╝s natural movements can be utilized within the Jones, all free weight exercise can be performed.

    Options:

    • Active Balance Bar - Upgrade the 1000 lb. tested Power Bar to an Active Balance Bar.
      • Starting weight of 55 lbs, and tested to a maximum weight capacity of 1000 lbs.
      • Does not stay in a linear plane - each end moves independently requiring lateral balancing just like a barbell.
      • Requires synergistic muscle groups to stabilize the bar - improving the quality of the workout.
    • Light Active Balance Bar - Upgrade to a lighter weight version of the Active Balance Bar.
      • Low starting weight of only 35 lbs with a maximum weight capacity of 500 lbs.
      • Does not stay in a linear plane - each end moves independently requiring lateral balancing just like a barbell.
      • Requires synergistic muscle groups to stabilize the bar - improving the quality of the workout.
    • Full Body Trainer - Add on a functional trainer to the rear of the Jones.

      • The cables can be adjusted in 18 different vertical positions.
      • Includes dual 150 lb. weight stacks, one for each cable handle - allowing independent motion and weight control between handles.
      • Includes two multi-position handles, a long bar, and an ankle strap.
      • Upgrades: 2.5 lb. add-on weights can be added to the weight stacks to give smaller weight increment adjustments. 50 lb. weight stack upgrade will increase the weight stacks to 200 lbs.
